Bake ham fat side up in an uncovered pan at 325 degrees for 2.5 to 3 hours. For special occassions, score ham the last 45 minutes of baking and cover with a glaze.
Combine:
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup peach or apricot preserves
2 tsp. dry mustard
Mix well and spread over the outside of the ham. Stud with whole cloves. Delicious served hot or cold.
