Makes 6 servings
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
1 can ready to bake cresent roll
- Heat oven to 400ºF. Cook beef and onion in skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in taco seasoning.
- Press cressent rolls into a 9 inch pie pan, forming a crust.
- Add ground beef on top of cresent roll crust, add a layer of sour cream and top with Cheddar Cheese. Bake until crust and cheese are golden brown.
Tip: Serve this savory pie with salsa, chopped tomato, or go all out with guacamole and red pepper sauce.
